It's about time I got around to designing what Rocky wears when she's off duty, she can't go around in her uniform 24/7. Picking out casual attire for her wasn't exactly a easy task, her personality pretty much ommitted most outfits since she wouldn't wear anything too loose, tight, revealing, messy, informal, loud or flashy. Luckily, I stumbled across a pattern for vests that had this outfit which suits her perfectly, casual yet still has that formal/professional feel that perfectly suits her. I'm quite pleased with this one, purple looks good on her (and if you look closely, you can see the stripes on her vest).
